This decree grants a new application period to insured (Social Insurance) individuals who were unable to apply for temporary provisions of specific laws. This period has been extended until August 31, 2023.
Within this scope, the payment period for the down payment related to lump sum payment or installment payment of premium debts has been extended until October 2, 2023.
For those who applied for the aforementioned legal provision before the enactment of this decree, the payment period for the down payment of premium debt related to lump sum payment and installment payment has been extended until October 2, 2023.
